Ava Diamond is a women’s success strategist and passionista™. She works with women who want to live their lives with success, joy, and passion. She gives them the inspiration and tools to create the life they crave.
Ava is the President of Feisty Woman Productions and The Diamond Success Group, based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Her latest book, Great Quotes from Feisty Women, combines inspiring quotations from accomplished women with Ava’s own insight and down-to earth wisdom.
She is a contributor to Mission Possible, with Stephen Covey and Brian Tracy; Speaking of Success, with Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield; and Real World Management Strategies that Work.
Ava is also an expert in employee engagement, and speaks on such topics as: the heart and soul of leadership; how to work with other generations without going crazy, and leading change. Participants in Ava’s programs walk away with great ideas and the know-how to implement them. They find her inspiring, empowering, down-to-earth, and funny!
Ava’s background includes ten years with a Fortune 100 computer company, where she provided leadership to major change and improvement efforts across the country. She has also served as Executive Director of Project Open Hand, a non-profit meals-on-wheels program for people with AIDS, and has owned two businesses.
Since 1995, Ava has worked with a variety of organizations, including IBM, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Pepsico, The United Way, AOL, Delta Air Lines, AT&T, Boulder Community Hospital, Miller Brewing Company, Sprint, Wachovia Bank, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, as well as government agencies and associations. She has also been a guest lecturer at Georgia State University, Colorado State University, and the Keller Graduate School of Management.
She is an active member of the National Speakers Association, and holds a Masters Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior.
She lives near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with a beagle named Bud. Ava enjoys hiking, making jewelry, reading, dabbling in ceramics, being in nature, traveling, and is learning to crochet. Her proudest accomplishment was completing the Avon Breast Cancer walk—60 miles over 3 days.
