What can I count on Ava for?
In Preparation, I will:
- Ask you to fill out a preprogram questionnaire. I will study it, and learn about your organization. I will study the information on your website. I’ll know what you do.
- Know the theme of your meeting, and relate my program to it. I’ll be relevant.
- Talk with a few people whose contact information you provide to get to know my audience, and know what challenges they face. I will use this information in customizing my program. They’ll know I care.
Before My Program, I will:
- Let you know when I arrive. I’ll be accessible from the time I get there until the time I leave. I’m 100% committed to helping you create a successful event.
- Coordinate with the set up crew, and be in the meeting room for a sound check at least one hour before I speak. I want to ensure things go smoothly.
- Listen to the speakers before me, and align my message with theirs where appropriate. I want your meeting to flow seamlessly.
During My Program, I will:
- Present information that is high impact and relevant.
- Use my own experience and expertise, combined with great personal stories and humor. I’ll create great visuals, and have a power-packed handout. I’ll give great value.
- Engage and involve the audience. They’ll have fun.
After My Program, I Will:
- Be available to answer questions and hear audience comments.
- Make resources available at my book table with your permission. I will never turn my program into a sales pitch. Ever. I will send a copy of my email newsletter for each audience member as follow up if desired.
- Suggest strategies to continue the impact of my message.
Always, I Will:
- Tell you the truth. You can count on me for honesty and integrity 100% of the time.
